Order Timing

Most of our items are made to order after we receive our customer's orders. Items stocked by our manufacturer are usually shipped in one to three business days.

Returns

I go out of our way to make sure your shopping experience with Lilac Meadows Miniature Horse & Pony Tack is one that you’ll tell your friends and family about. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact me immediately at (406)  726 - 8898 or by e-mail so that I may replace the item or offer a substitute.

Returns are accepted of like new in-stock merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please let me know by e-mail or phone that you wish to make a return. I may have you ship the item back to me in Montana or to the suppler it came from. Some items have specific packaging and/or instructions which will need to be returned in their original condition as well. A 15% restocking fee may be withheld from your refund on any merchandise returned without its original packaging.

PayPal fees and shipping cannot be credited on any return.

If I have sent an incorrect item, I will pay for its return and ship the correct item as soon as possible.

Some items, which have been ordered specifically to fit your horse or per your color specification, such as specific harness parts, blankets, or other made to order items, are not returnable unless we have made arrangements in advance. I am very careful to verify sizes needed and request measurements so this is very seldom a problem. If an item is ordered against my and did not fit, I cannot accept such item for a refund.

All our harnesses are guaranteed to fit and I will work with you to make sure that happens.

Warranty

Lilac Meadows Miniature Horse & Pony Tack, and its online location at www.lilacmeadowsminihorse.com, are a retail company and as such makes no warranty and accepts no responsibility for the performance of any merchandise sold, other than warranted by the manufacturer. We would be happy to direct you to the manufacturers warranty information upon request.

Liability

Lilac Meadows Miniature Horses & its owner assume no responsibility for damages or injuries to persons, animals or properties resulting directly or indirectly from the use/misuse of any products sold by Lilac Meadows Miniature Horse & Pony Tack.
